Do my customers need the app?
Yes. Claims, punches and passes all happen in the FlouMe app — that's what makes every visit verifiable and every redemption fraud-proof. It also means your place becomes discoverable to FlouMe users walking around your neighbourhood.
How is a visit actually verified?
The customer's phone has to be physically at your venue: GPS position is checked server-side with anti-spoofing measures, then your staff complete the redemption at the till with a QR or short code. A claim that never shows up at your counter never counts as a visit.
What do I need at the counter?
Nothing new. No hardware, no terminal, no integration. Your staff redeem with the scanner in the same FlouMe app — scan the customer's QR or type a short code, and it's done in seconds.
How long does setup take?
