Paper cards get lost
Left at home, in another bag, in the wash. And a pen is all it takes to add a stamp nobody paid for.
For cafés, restaurants, bars and clubs
Your stamp card on your customers' phones. Promotions, events and visit rewards on the map. Every one of them ends the same way: with someone walking through your door.
The film · 58 seconds
The problem
Rent, staff, a good menu, a post that took an hour: all of it earns you a first visit. What grows a place is the second, the fifth, the twentieth. And that is the part nobody is managing.
Left at home, in another bag, in the wash. And a pen is all it takes to add a stamp nobody paid for.
A post gets views. You never learn whether a single one of them turned into someone at your counter.
Who comes back? Who stopped coming? Who is one coffee away from a free one? Paper and posts can't tell you.
Same customer, two endings
Today
One visit. After that you don't know if they ever came back.
With a card on their phone
A goal they can see, a free one at the end, and every visit counted on your side.
The impact
No magic: each tool pulls one lever that already decides how full your place is.

Decisions
What research found about stamp cards. In a published study of a real café's "buy ten, get one free" card, customers bought coffee more often the closer they got to the free one. That was a paper card. A card on a phone can't be left at home.
Kivetz, Urminsky & Zheng, Journal of Marketing Research, 2006Do the sum
Move the sliders to your own place. Small numbers add up faster than most owners expect.
More sales a month
Rp 7,200,000
Rp 86,400,000 a year
60 regulars × 2 extra visits × Rp 60,000
Your numbers, multiplied. It is sales before the cost of the free items, and it is not a promise: once your card is running, your dashboard shows you the real figure.
The idea
FlouMe is a map app. People pin photos to real places and friends open them by going there. Nothing in it can be collected from the sofa.
For a venue, that rule is the whole point. A stamp, an offer, a welcome drink: each one is only real once the customer is standing in your place.
The tools
Start with one. Most places start with the stamp card they already run on paper.
Stamp card
Buy 9, the 10th is free. The card your customers already know, without the paper. It lives in the phone they always carry.

At the till
The customer shows a code. You scan it with your own phone and tap how many they bought. No tablet, no reader, nothing to plug in.

Promotions
A free coffee for first-timers, a 2-for-1 at happy hour, 20% off on a slow Tuesday. It appears on the map on your place, and people claim it by walking in.

Events
Post a brunch, a quiz night, a run club morning or a guest list. Guests RSVP, check in when they arrive, and a welcome perk unlocks on their phone.

Visit card
"Visit 5 times, get a free smoothie." The customer checks in on their own phone when they are at your place. Staff do nothing until the reward.

Dashboard
Pick 7, 30 or 90 days. See the period against the one before it, how many customers came back, and how far each one gets: first stamp, second visit, full card, free item.

Poster and link
Print your poster straight from the app. Customers scan it with their camera and your card opens. The same link works on Instagram and WhatsApp.

At the counter
The whole thing takes a few seconds, on phones you and your customers already carry.

One coffee or five. The stamp lands on their card while they watch.
For your kind of place
Pick your kind of venue. These are ideas to start from: you write your own offer in the app.
What paper never told you
Every stamp, claim and check-in happens at your place, so the numbers are visits, not views. Open the app and it tells you what to do next.

Print it from the app and stand it by the till. From the next customer on, you're scanning.

No. You scan with the FlouMe app on a phone you already have. Most places keep one phone by the till.
Yes, and it is free. The first time, they scan your poster, install FlouMe and sign up. After that their card is always on their phone.
Stamps can only be added from your place's login, and only while that phone is at your place. Each customer code is single-use and expires in a few minutes.
Yes. Many places run both for the first weeks and let customers choose. Staff can carry a customer's paper stamps over in one or two scans.
You see the display names and the stamps, visits and rewards of people who use your cards. You do not see their email or anything they do elsewhere. We do not sell personal data.
FlouMe is new, so be realistic: today its strongest effect is bringing your existing customers back more often. Your place and its offers also show on the FlouMe map, and that audience grows with every venue that joins.
Pause a card or a promotion whenever you like. Customers keep the stamps they collected and can still pick up a free item they already earned.
