Use case · Puzzles

A city-sized treasure hunt.

FlouMe Puzzles turn photo pins into scavenger hunts: you hide the clues across a city, and your friends solve them spot by spot — each step unlocking only when they physically arrive. No printouts, no honor system, no faking it.

Locked puzzle pins scattered across a FlouMe city map

How a FlouMe puzzle works

You build the hunt out of pins. Each clue is a photo pinned at a real place; solving the puzzle means getting there in person. Your friends see the trail on their map, walk to a spot, and the clue unlocks — revealing the photo and pointing them onward. The city becomes the board.

Because unlocking is GPS-verified on the server with anti-spoofing checks, nobody can shortcut the game from home. If a clue was opened, someone stood there.

Birthdays, proposals, first days in town

A birthday hunt that ends at the restaurant where everyone's waiting. A proposal that walks them through every place that mattered, one unlock at a time, with the last pin at the spot where you'll be standing. A welcome-to-town trail for a friend who just moved: your five favourite spots, in the right order, with the stories attached.

Anything you can pin, you can turn into a step. Photos, voice notes on Pin Gifts along the way, a finale only one person can open.

No hardware, no setup cost

There's nothing to print, hide, or tape under a park bench. The whole hunt lives in the app, takes minutes to lay out, and is free. Hunters just need FlouMe on their iPhone and comfortable shoes.

After the hunt, the map remembers

The day auto-clusters into a trip — the whole route, every unlocked photo, the chat where everyone trash-talked each other's navigation. Share it with one link, or re-run the same trail for the next friend who visits. The best hunts become traditions.
